Ingredients:
Zest of 1 Lemon (wide strips)
2 cups Superfine Sugar
2 cups Chopped Strawberries (tops removed / hulled)
2 cups Fresh Lemon Juice (roughly 8 – 10 large Lemons)
¼ tsp Sea Salt

Directions:
Make the Strawberry Syrup:
Before getting started, place the strawberries and ½ cup of sugar in a bowl and let sit at room temp until the sugar dissolves.

Make the Lemon Syrup:
In a small pot, over medium heat on the stove bring the lemon zest, 1.5 cups of sugar and1.5 cups of water to a boil stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature (you can pour into a new container and place that in an ice bath if your trying to speed things up)

Go back to the strawberries / sugar combo and strain the juice into a new container, reserve the berries for later.
Combine the lemon juice, lemon syrup, salt and 2 cups cold water in a pitcher, for each drink place about 1 TBS of the strawberry syrup in a tall chilled glass fill with ice then top off with the lemonade and reserved berries.
