Carrot Sticks Instead of Cancer Sticks

Imagine stumbling into your local Trader Joe's or Famima and finding these little fantastic snacks. I would for sure snatch em up and I don't even smoke cigarettes but I do love me some carrots.

The Weekends Upon Us, What Ya Gonna Do?

Its that time of week, when alot of us race to cash our checks in hope of blowing them on something although not worthwhile, but hopefully fun.

The economy is in such a slump, that most everyone in this world is worried that their next dollars are not going to arrive in a timely fashion. Which leads some individuals to make some drastic decisions as to how they spend what few bucks they currently are sitting on.

We at Supreme Plate feel as you do and hope that our upcoming guides on the latest and freshest items for both your kitchen and lifestyle needs help you reduce the amount of stress you feel when making purchases of these natures.

But whatever you do know we thank you for your support and hope that you will speak upon what you see and question what you don't understand, that is what we are all about.

Leave comments on the photos and reviews, ask questions and they will get answered.
Thanks for your support,

Jordan x Cole Haan Silver Weekender Bag

Nike subsidiary Cole Haan was allowed to flex some creative muscle when they teamed up the designers at Air Jordan for this Silver Anniversary Weekender Bag. Available for $475 at select retailers the bag sports an all white, pebbled leather exterior a multitude of zip up pockets, matte brushed silver metal pieces and of course always flossy Jordan & Cole Haan Logos.

The Bhut Jolokia Pepper aka Ghost Chili = The World's Hottest Chili

The Bhut Jolokia (also known as Naga Jolokia, Ghost Chili, Ghost Pepper, Naga Morich) is a chili pepper that grows in northeastern India (Assam, Nagaland, and Manipur), Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. In 2000, scientists at India's Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) reported a rating of 855,000 units on the Scoville scale, and in 2004 an Indian export company called Frontal Agritech obtained a rating of 1,041,427 units, which would mean it is almost twice as hot as the Red Savina pepper and roughly equal to the similar-looking Dorset Naga, which is derived from the Naga Jolokia. In 2006, it was confirmed by Guinness World Records to be the hottest chili in the world, displacing the Red Savina.

More Fly Culinary Artwork...

It never ceases to amaze me what kinds of things people can come up with if given a little bit of time and the sense of urgency.

Sometimes people just need to be able to allow themselves to step outside of the box they have trapped themselves in, to get a fresh look on life. It's never to late to recreate the masterpiece that is yourself.

Shout out to the Old School "This Is Your Brain On Drugs!"

Inspiration For The Day

This is what $1.6 Million Dollars looks like for those of you that have never seen that amount of money. Ahhh one only wonders what kind of things could be accomplished with a mere few million in cash.
Just some Food For Thought...

Back to business...

So the main focus of what the Blog is supposed to be doing is reviewing products and giving them the thumbs up or thumbs down. No matter what we plan to keep it all the way honest with our readers. So if your about to make any major purchases but saw that the item in question was rated as trash on our site, it most likely was.

We will soon begin to do our kitchen and entertainment reviews and hope to enlighten the masses (yeah right) as to what kind of things catch our eye.

Its 2010 and none of us are getting any younger. So by all means get yours today, cause them youngsters aint playin and will take yours tomorrow.

Check back later in the week for a few product reviews on some fly kitchen items as well as toys for the bedroom to spruce up your love life.

Fuck who's gonna win the Superbowl, Whats cookin in the kitchen is the question at hand.

The Superbowl to me is more than just a football game between some overly paid muh fuckas, its about good good food, comedic commercials, great drinks with a few friends and some classic shit talking. Yeah I do occasionally catch a few plays and say "oh shit" here and there, I mean lets face it, I couldnt do none of that shit on the field except a few of the touchdown dances so its all talent, but I am interested in chillin with my peoples and eating some bomb grub.

Tomorrows menu as of now is gonna consist of:
Jambalaya
Baby Back Ribs
Mac n Cheese
Fried shrimp
Hot Wings
Libations by the boat load
Fudge brownies
maybe some lemon jello cake and another gang of drinks.

(more menu items to be added as I think of them)

Let the countdown begin...

Nike Air Force One "Black History Month"

Nike Sportswear commemorates Black History Month with its newest rendition of the staple Air Force 1. Comprised of inspirational elements, the shoe touts an original design, which pays homage to the rise of Black enterprise, economic empowerment and the Harlem Renaissance individual behind this rise. The shoe’s main inspiration is clearly imprinted onto the upper: “The definition of a renaissance individual: one who possesses a multitude of skills, talent and a broad base of knowledge.” Silhouettes of a man and woman on the sock liner and hang tag signify that the change celebrated by Black History Month was made possible only by the participation of both genders. The boldest detail of the AF1 is its colorway, black red and green – the colors of the African American flag. In the tradition of community and giving back, Nike will be making a donation to Cheyney University, the oldest Black institution in the country and a key inspiration in the creation of this shoe. The kicks drop on February 18th at a selection of the countries’ top Nike accounts.
