Eno at Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel Announces "ENO-Versity" Classes For Summer/Fall 2010

 

DANA POINT, CA— The popular Eno-Versity classes continue for 2010 at ENO, Southern California’s premiere wine, cheese and chocolate tasting room located at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Through informative classes, guests develop an understanding a wine’s history, type of grape, and region of origin.
Eno-Versity offers guests the opportunity to become wine connoisseurs in a fun, communal and comfortable environment. The intimate classes allow both novice and expert participants alike to interact and learn from the guest winemakers.


ENO-Versity’s upcoming schedule includes the following classes:
  • August 20 – Sparkling Summer Season 
    Sit back and sample bubbles from across the globe to enjoy their refreshing nature and discover different characteristics that this classic style of wine can display.
  • September 24 – Changing Seasons, Changing Wines 
    Try different vintages of the same wine to see how time, nature and the bottle can change one wine year to year.
  • October 29 – Cowgirl Creamery 
    Come to experience some of their most distinctive, delicious cheeses and decide which wine styles complement each.
  • November 12 – Port of Cacao 
    Set sail to discover how finding the perfect port and chocolate pairings can enhance the flavors and elegance of each. 
Eno-Versity classes are held in ENO starting at 6:30 p.m. and are $35 per person. Guests can register for Eno-Versity by calling Resort Services at (949) 240-2000.
ENO is located inside The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, at One Ritz-Carlton Drive, along California’s scenic Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point.
