Chef Gordon Ramsey To Go To Prison?

Gordon Ramsay, known for talking straight trash to people who in other situations might take flight and break his jaw is setting his sites on going to prison in the Unites States and making a lot of money while doing so. Now don’t get us wrong Chef Ramsay is not going to be getting his OJ on and going to jail for something ridiculous, he instead is going to be mimicking his successful show “Gordon Behind Bars” which is currently airing in the UK. “Gordon Behind Bars” is a reality show that follows along as Chef Ramsay works with inmates in the notoriously hardcore Brixton Prison in South London to create “The Bad Boy Bakery.” 

A great concept if you ask us, as it puts a celebrity (who has family members in prison) in the mix with people who will be coming home from prison to literally nothing, and helping them learn how to set up a business that sells quality food products (made inside the prison) to the public. This is rehabilitation in the simplest form, get hands on with the people you wish to help change and push for a better decision making process in their lives.

Sure there are going to be people who don’t want to see prisoners making food for the public, or more importantly making money while being incarcerated. That goes without saying, but think of it this way, if an inmate can only sit around and talk about what got them placed in jail, instead of learning a new trade what do you think will happen when they are released?
