One Good Tool Can Provide A Lifetime Of Great Memories. Le Creuset's Oval French Oven

If there is one thing we cannot stress enough, it is the fact that quality products combined with a bit of know how will provide you with memorable experiences, every time. Going into any task with poorly made tools will require a lot more thought and skill, therefore requiring constant attention and proper planning before and during the job.

A great Dutch Oven is something that every household should own. We picked up a "French Oven" as Le Creuset calls their stylish line of Dutch Ovens and put it to use. After giving it a thorough wash (by the way this line of Enameled Cast Iron is dishwasher safe, oven safe and stove top safe) we decided on making some great Caldo De Siete Mares (Soup of the 7 Seas / recipe attached.)

To say that we have cooked this dish a few times more than we care to admit is an understatement. To admit that this might have been the best batch we have ever made, would be almost like admitting that we weren't doing something right previously in our hundreds of attempts. 

So we are going to simply say that, if by chance you decide to take our word for it and you go and purchase a Le Creuset French Oven, you won't be dissatisfied in the least. In our opinion you might find yourself searching for storage to eliminate a lot of clutter in your kitchen, because you aren't going to need a lot of pots and pans any longer, but hey that is just us predicting your future and we did fail crystal ball reading class in high school, so what do we know.
